All players and parents must sign the Baseball Quebec consent form BEFORE being allowed on the field for tryouts. If you have already filled out the form please disregard this instruction otherwise email our register at registrar@lakeshorebaseball.ca
Any player who is sick or who is living in the same household as someone who is sick is NOT allowed at tryouts. Players will NOT be penalized for declaring themselves as “sick” and missing tryouts. Please send us an email to vpbaseball@lakeshorebaseball.ca if this is the case.
We ask that players arrive at the field only 15 minutes prior to their session.
